HORSE RIDER YOGA is a yoga program designed to help equestrians improve their confidence, balance, flexibility and the connection with their horse. Yoga and riding have a lot in common; they both require a mind/body connection, they both require balance, they both require rhythm, and they both are gradual practices.
Through HORSE RIDER YOGA’s 8 classes you will learn how to apply the benefits of yoga to your riding with twelve poses taught seated, standing and then mounted on a horse. At the end of the classes you will be able to do a 15 minute seated flow program, a 15 minute standing program and a BONUS 15 minute mounted program!
With HORSE RIDER YOGA you can play each class individually in the comfort of your own home or barn. You will begin to feel better after the first class!
Horse Rider Yoga is taught by Laura Batts, The Horse Hippie. Laura lives a holistic lifestyle and combines her two loves; horses and yoga, to stay healthy.
