Shipping policy

  1. Order processing times.  Items in stock at Horse Hippie's warehouse will ship out within 3-5 days.  Items drop shipped from vendor will ship within 7-10 days.
  2. Domestic and international shipping options. Most items will ship through US Postal Service.  Occasionally UPS or DHL will be used if the price is better.
  3. Shipping costs. Are determined when order is processed and by shipping company.  Horse Hippie does not add on cost or charge a packaging fee.
  4. Order tracking details.  These are generated when label is purchased and automatically sent to customer via email.
